European Chief Operating Officer for a global marketing communications company.

This person holds the overall strategic and operational responsibility for all marketing and communication service activities, developing profitable strategies, and implementing the vision.

You are supervising the project teams from various offices in Europe, you collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational design of new services, systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate/seize growth opportunities.

You are responsible for preparing and complying with the annual P&L and Business Plan. You lead, coach, develop and retain high-performance senior management team members and ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency

The agency is looking for a very experienced person with agency/ advertising background who was already in a similar position with similar tasks Experience on Pan Europe or Global level is preferred.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
Indepth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
Indepth knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and other aspects of the Marketing Communication market.
Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
