**Overview of the recruiting division: The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

Overview of the team:

With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients' business, developing the latest eCommerce and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Bank's product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client.

Your responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to increase the profitable FX electronic trading business volumes sourced from EMEA institutional clients, primarily banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and modelbased trading firms
Originating new eFX Clients, increase usage by existing clients, partner with the voice sales owner for eFX coverage of the Tier 1 accounts
Data mining of client trade data activity to identify and analyze for new opportunities, deep dive client profiles, trends & performance metrics and recommendations
Manage clients' reviews and feedback and sell / present new products on DB's electronic FX platforms
Key responsibility of the role is to market and sell to existing and new clients the full electronic FX product suite with particular focus on Autobahn FX (spot, swaps, NDFs and options), multidealer platforms, aggregation venues, SegEx products (algos and benchmarks) and workflow solutions (automated rolls, Third Party FX, hedging solutions, FX payments) across all currencies including emerging markets and metals (precious and base metals).
This role will support GEM related eFX business and work with EM eFX product champions to fully penetrate and deepen the clients' eFX wallet.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential: Understanding of the capital markets; strong quantitative analytical skills to parse data and develop analytics & metrics to increase profitable client eFX business; sales / client coverage skills, presentations skills and followup skills. Good product knowledge of OTC trading products. Good client communication skills. Good organizational skills. Sales oriented.
Strong technical skills in dealing with large data sets preferred
A willingness to learn in a fastmoving environment. Strong interpersonal skills
Sound decision making capabilities and reasoned judgment. Keen attention to detail
Highly driven and motivated. Organized and disciplined
Computer skills including Excel, Word, Access and Power Point. Experience with Python and KDB a plus. Highly numerate
Degree educated or international equivalent
