Your tasks:


  • Drives process setup end to end within an agile project (C2P)
  • Coordinates all handover points with P&O IT to ensure correct data flows
  • Continuously review processes within the project in close alignment with local and global tribes, Global P&O Governance & Services and the global, regional and local Business Partner Organization
  • Proactively connects across the tribes, ensure setup and development priorities are well aligned and interdependencies are addressed
  • Promotes a performancebased culture and collaboration of trust and individual accountability by empowering individuals in the team to take ownership for developing the processes under their responsibility
  • Is an ambassador for change and supports the tribe members in the transformation process of C2P on the path to a global HCM suite
  • Actively builds and grows a network of practitioners globally and systematically connects with regional tribe and cluster/country teams
  • Support the team in eliminating roadblocks, support decisiontaking process and as such ensures execution and implementation of scope
  • Building, developing and empowering high performing individuals in all P&O process areas based on the SAP SF HCM suite (focus lies on Employee Central, Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting and Learning)
  • Ensure that priorities and activities within the projectteam are in line with agreedupon business demands and as such are contributing to defined strategic priorities and adding value on global, regional and local level following the Connect2People project scope
  • Define, specify and align objectives and key results (OKRs) for the global process definition in SAP SF
  • Responsible within the agile implementation methodology to validate the release content and to own, define, prioritize and manage the Program Backlog
  • Responsible within the Program Increment Planning to provide the content and to drive the decisions on the user story level

Requirements:


Your profile:


  • Several years of operational and strategic experience in (P&O)
  • Track record in developing & implementing solutions within and outside of P&O
  • Excellent communicator with a proven track record in building, developing and empowering diverse teams
  • Proven (working) experience in agile settings and org. transformation
  • Excellent understanding of HCM (ideally SAP SF), financial operations and linkage of HR processes to enterprise value creation, combined with outstanding strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong resilience and ability to flexibly adjust to new circumstances
  • Strong network with relevant partners, thought leaders and organizations as well as qualifications/certifications in the areas of process design, project management, Finance and/or performance management
  • Agile certificate beneficial
  • Advanced English (and German) skill
