Meet Your Team:
Demand Partnerships

It's not just about who you know. It's about what you know about who you know. The Demand Sales team connects premium advertisers with the very users who will love their mobile games.

By focusing on building lasting advertiser relationships, this team drives our ad platform forward, ensuring apps reach and exceed their growth goals and connecting them with hundreds of millions of monthly active users.

Whether that's with our new programmatic ad platform or Playtime ad unit.

Tasks

  • Build a global Business Development team from the ground up with highly experienced members of the adtech industry located in key regions such as the US, EMEA, and APAC. They will focus on building new advertising partnerships.
  • Develop a holistic sales strategy and create annual targets for onboarding and retaining new advertiser partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a gotomarket strategy with the focus of increasing adjoe's portfolio of mobile advertisers running on our programmatic and Playtime platforms. You will also create an accountbased marketing strategy to reach highquality prospects.
  • Work closely, as a member of the Commercial Management team, with the directors of Account Management and Marketing to establish yearly business goals.
  • Represent adjoe as a speaker and attendee at adtech industry events and conferences.
  • Create a system of reporting and relationship management in our CRM system to ensure new partnership goals are met.

Requirements:


  • You have 7+ years' experience with a proven track record for developing a highperforming sales team with experience in digital advertising
  • You are a natural networker with superior communication skills
  • You have a strong revenue
- and growth-oriented mindset

  • You lead by example and are a great teacher who can transfer their sales knowledge to their team
  • You always challenge the status quo and are an outofthebox thinker
  • You are a proficient and passionate public speaker
  • You have experience developing a holistic sales strategy to reach clients at every stage of the buyer's journey
  • Plus: You come with an impressive network in the mobile adtech industry.
  • Plus: You have a deep understanding of mobile adtech and app economies.
