What you'll be doing

Working with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment.

About you

Proven work experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer (either an inhouse, RPO, or staffing agency) in Pharma industry.
Fluent German speaker with communicative level of English.
Excellent communication skills, especially stakeholder management, and managing expectations.
Able to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to demonstrate critical thinking based on indepth data, substantiating information, considering/respecting others' input, personal values, and ethics.
