From 2020-2023 as Bar Manager at Spina Bar in Palermo, I oversaw all aspects of operations, implementing new approaches that improved revenue. From March 2023 to March 2024, I was a Team Supervisor at Michelberger Hotel in Berlin, leading a team of baristas, training staff, and managing inventory.
