Hi! I’m Boby, and I am thrilled about the opportunity to join the Global Talent Acquisition the team at TeamViewer office, starting in 2023. 

About myself

 Following my education abroad in Management, I studied Business and management at  Sports Business Institute beside that I join the team of IT-Blackline as Talent Acquisition. My institute degree in Football Business and Management is giving me an excellent combination of skills in maintenance, financial management, marketing and much more. Moreover, since 2019 I am working with Union Berlin 06 as assistant football manager, where I have been working with multicultural peoples which have given me multi skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. Throughout my career. I have been reaching goals and exceeding expectations. Do have a glance at my CV to find out more.

Why Talent Acquisition Partner?

I’ve been working in this field for the past seven years including my internship and job in Italy. Have my share of experience with recruitment, interviewing, employee orientation and training, as well as payroll. I must say that the seven years I’ve spent in the field have convinced me that it is the right choice for me because I have not only enjoyed my job, but I also achieved some decent results for my former employer, such as reducing the employee fluctuation rate by 10%, or the overall training costs by 20% in average and finding new talent. Moreover, I just love to work with people. Having said that, I am not complacent and want to keep on improving. A People Operations Coordinator position in your company seems like an ideal opportunity to do so.

I am highly convinced about the concept of TeamViewer.The way you’ve to redesigned the chord base leadership training for the world with the support of well-recognized mentors is a true inspiration to me. I am hard-working and I have a certain creative flair, which I hope I can put to good use at TeamViewer. Thanks to my studies and working experience, I am comfortable in an international working environment and fluent in English,  Italian, Bangal and a few other languages. Besides that, I have basic experience in Windows desktop support. - Level 1/2, troubleshooting, SPRK Web portal and Amadeus.  Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. 

• Focus on strategically sourcing, and building your talent pipeline through LinkedIn and Social Media activities.

 • Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews, and manage the offer documentation process. 

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for all vacancies creating job descriptions, screening applications, interviewing candidates, and handling assessments included in the selection process.

 • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. 

• Perform additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned. 

• Support our local HR team in ensuring that new joiners have a smooth start by coordinating and distributing HR-related documentation
