Beatrice Padula

My name is Beatrice, I'm italian, 27 years old, and I have two degrees in Psychology.
I chose this path motivated by my passion for working with people. What stimulates my curiosity the most is what I would call a human narrative: where are people coming from? Where do they want to go? How can I help them get there?  and so on.
 I recognize myself in: being part of a team, working with people and contributing to challenging goals. What excites me the most is to start a new experiences which can provide me new knowledge to learn and to use. I’m a curious person who wants to spend life keeping learning and providing her help for ethical aims. I'm a creative mind, proactive, communicative, positive, goal oriented, passionate about work, well organized, good at thinking outside the box when it’s needed. I believe these traits and my knowledge, combined with my motivation to learn and my sympathy for the company are the perfect chemistry that is going to produce excellent results.
My hobbies are: painting, writing, playing guitar, travelling, cooking.
