In addition to my understanding of the requirements and challenges in the digital economy, I bring extensive expertise in product and project management, stakeholder communication, as well as a hands-on mentality. Through holistic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), I am able to efficiently manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from the initial idea to launch (GTM) and beyond.

The majority of my career has been in the games industry, which may seem unusual at first glance. However, game projects follow the same principles as other software projects: they require technical understanding, user-oriented design, and strategic business thinking – all while adhering to budgets and carefully balancing various requirements.

Prior to founding LITE Games, I gained extensive experience across various digital B2B service industries. Balancing client needs with team motivation has been crucial to the success of my projects and remains a vital component of my leadership style.
