Elia Piscaglia

Hi, 

My name is Elia Piscaglia, a master student of ESMT Berlin. 

I’m looking for a working student position starting from September.

There are three key aspects that make me a great fit for this position. First, your emphasis on employee growth and

cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, rooted in a foundation of delivering client results, strongly appeals to me. I

possess a proven track record of delivering tangible results, such as spearheading strategies for worldwide and strategic

70+ BUs including valuation of 300+ BP for Allianz Partners, Paris. Second, during my time at Allianz Partners, I've

consistently shouldered significant responsibilities while maintaining a strong technical proficiency. For instance,

working in close contact with Board Members as an intern strongly sharpened my analytical skills and ability to excel

under pressure, ensuring that I consistently met client requirements. Lastly, in my various experiences, I've had the

privilege of both leading and being part of a team. Having been Operations Manager for my latest job, I truly value a

culture that emphasizes mutual care and teamwork to achieve the best possible results, and I strive to incorporate these

values into every environment I work in.

In 2025, I will graduate from European School of Management ESMT Berlin having completed a Master in Innovation

and Entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on research of new business and discovery of emergent technologies. Before

that I completed two independent Bachelor degree in Italy in logistics management and supply chain management. This

interdisciplinary curriculum helps me to see the problems of scaling up the logistics process and focus on applications

of harmonizing and standardizing processes with and across markets. Besides my mentioned studies I worked in a

company focused on the automotive and racing motorcycles sectors. Starting as a technician when I was seventeen, I

showed my can-do attitude to improve fast and, just three years later I was promoted to Operations Manager.
