As a versatile and multilingual professional fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I hold a distinguished background in the Tourism industry, with a specific focus on the hospitality and event segments. My career has been characterised by a relentless dedication to exceptional customer service, consistently delivering remarkable results, and exhibiting strong leadership qualities, efficient management skills, and profound emotional intelligence. I have successfully coordinated entertainment and leisure events at a luxury hotel and managed wellness events at a Shamanic community retreat using agile methodology. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with communication, administrative tasks, digital marketing, and content production.

After moving to New Zealand in 2019 to study English, I've embraced new projects and gained valuable skills, especially at the construction field - as a Passive Fire Team Leader - that further enhance management and leadership skills. Now, I am actively seeking opportunities to continue expanding my knowledge and skills, also to contribute my expertise to exciting work place.
