With this I am definitely ready to contribute my skills for the current job application role. I had also successfully obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Nov last year, which honed my ability in project management. My tenure at Maxeon Solar Technology, marked by pioneering the development of the world's most efficient commercial solar module, exemplifies my capacity to not only meet but also set new industry benchmarks.

In my past role as a Staff R&D Engineer at Maxeon Solar Technology in Singapore, I spearheaded the development of the Maxeon 7 IBC project, achieving an unprecedented solar module efficiency of 24.1% for commercial panel. This milestone not only set new standards, but also propelled the company to the forefront of the residential sector. My approach—integrating rigorous scientific methods with strategic market insights—ensured that our innovations remained aligned with evolving market demands, thus expanding our leadership in sustainable technology.

For instance, I led multiple cost-reduction initiatives that saved over S$50K through enhanced recycling processes and the qualification of alternative materials.
