Über Muhammad Umer:

I am an individual who possess a higher level of educational background whereby I have done MBA and BBA in Management Sciences and further my PhD is expected to complete by November 2021. 

As a new entrant in the professional market I am looking for challenging and exciting opportunities where I can use my knowledge and exposure to further develop my career. When given opportunity will prove to be a reliable employee.

September 2014 – July 2017Manager Investment: Responsible to find suitable investors for the purchase of residential and commercial plots at 5G Properties and Consultants in Islamabad, Pakistan.
23rd October 2020Guest Lecture delivered on “Internationalization of New Ventures i.e., Gazelles Dancing with Elephants” to the students of 5th Semester at University of Applied Sciences, Mainz, Germany. Organized by “Prof. Dr. Dominik Austermann”

Was responsible to teach courses at graduate and undergraduate levels.

Courses taught Growth and Development of entrepreneurial ventures, Business creation and growth, International Management, Understanding Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior: Performance Management in Practice. 

My teaching role was to develop programs and innovative assessment methods. My teaching practice is always driven by the aim of providing students with a supportive and challenging learning environment, to facilitate their achievement of module and learning objectives.
