Nishtha Puri

I hold a Master’s in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where I focused my thesis on integrating technology and human capital in logistics. At Kuehne + Nagel, I developed my communication and organizational skills, leading initiatives in the Data Solutions department and supporting strategic communication projects. Additionally, as the CEO and Head of Marketing at U&I, a mental health startup, I designed and facilitated workshops with NGOs and corporate partners, showcasing my ability to create engaging and impactful events. My experience spans event management, marketing, and strategic communications across both corporate and startup environments. Having lived and worked in Germany, France, and India, I bring an adaptable and culturally diverse perspective to my work.

At Kuehne + Nagel, I worked in the Data Solutions department, where I led several key communication projects aimed at enhancing internal engagement and aligning teams with strategic goals. My role involved designing content and communication strategies for internal events, supporting cross-departmental initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline project information flow. This experience honed my skills in data-driven communication, team coordination, and implementing solutions that supported both the organization’s data and communication objectives.
