Pauline Krusnin

Starting with the age of 13 I have been passionate about all topics diversity and inclusion. Starting from LGBTIQ* activism and a handful of internships and volunteer jobs later I find myself in the finishing stages of my Gender & Diversity studies. I am excited to contribute to a better world.

I did multiple internships in the social sphere, a voluntary social year (FSJ) in a place for mentally ill and/or homeless women, volunteered in LGBTIQ* workshops at schools, before starting my Gender  & Diversity studies. Simultanously I did another internship at the Research Center Jülich in the Equal Opportunities Office and started a job as a student assistant in the global diversity & inclusion department of DEKRA.

Studying Gender & Diversity at the university of applied sciences in Kleve gave me an intersectional and very broad introduction to many topics including, but not limited to diversity, gender, inclusion, accessibility and antidiscrimination.
