I studied biology (Bachelor) and ecosystem services (Master). My elective specialization was environmental social sciences, which included topics such as sustainability management, intercultural communication and insights into the regulation of ecosystem services at a political and social level.

I did two internships in the field of environmental education. The first one was at BUND Leipzig, the second one at the Archipelagos Institute in Samos.

The core topics of my Master's program were ecosystem services, especially how we can preserve and protect them. My elective specialization was Environmental Social Sciences, which included topics such as sustainability management, environmental law, intercultural communication and insights into the regulation of ecosystem services at a political and societal level. In the project subject “Ecosystem Case Studies”, I came up with the idea of holding a sustainability workshop at an elementary school. Through this group work, but also in my free time, I realized that I really enjoy planning smaller and larger projects. There, we not only planned a project, but also how to implement it, deal with failures and work with stakeholders
