There is an emergent need to utilize Low-Code/No-Code platforms and Intelligent Automation (RPA+AI) technology to accelerate the digitalization, but this brings the Enterprises to the decision velocity concept (where and how to leverage these technologies) . Therefore, I have been focused on researching and working in the era of business process automation by leveraging the power of these technologies and thus, supporting Businesses on implementing an efficient and smooth digital transformation strategy.
