  1. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, arranging meetings and presentations.
  2.  Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and blocking conference room. Manage agendas/ Business travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the top level management.
  3.  Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Performs complex clerical tasks including typing correspondence and reports, processing forms, responding to inquiries, and arranging meetings. 
  4. Worked with executives to develop corporate training strategies and initiatives. Onboarding new hires of business units and processes required paperwork. 
  5. Onboarding coordination with candidates or external partners right from joining formalities, arranging employee Id cards and introducing the candidate for the team and organizing new hire orientation and completing the whole documentation process. 
  6. Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires. Assist in Ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
  7.  Coordinate with corporate departments to set up training as needed. Independent handling of administrative tasks, for example in the context of creation of certificates, preparation of experience letters, etc. 
  8. Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
