I helped to establish the Merrill Lynch Frankfurt branch office in Investment Banking Real Estate Financing for multinational investors in its early days. 

After I gained knowledge in equity sales brokerage for multinational institutional inves-tors and promoted various investment strategies for ultra high net worth investors within Cheuvreux and HypoVereinsbank, I was instrumental in launching funds for multinational investors at Pioneer Investments.

Finally, I joined the investment firm wealthcap, where I restructured billions in non-performing loans from troubled funds and established a new business area for institutional investors.

As Head of Asset Management, I was responsible for a billion-dollar real estate portfolio with over 160 properties and oversaw the restructuring of my division before receiving approval to set up a new division to deal with the strategic repositioning of opportunistic real estate investments from the existing increasingly struggling portfolio.
