With a background in Industrial Engineering and Applied Data Science, I’ve had the privilege of working on exciting business transformation and software implementation projects. At KION Group, I focus on bringing AI and digital solutions into B2B sales processes – from exploring use cases, creating value-oriented concepts to piloting and scaling them successfully.

During my professional and educational career, my curiosity got me in touch with multiple different areas such as engineering, IT, sales, project management and software development languages like Python.
In my daily job, I perceive this variety of knowledge as a mayor enabler in moderating conversation across departments by translating domain-specific communications.

Currently, I’m expanding my expertise through a part-time Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at PHW Bern, where I connect practical solutions with academic insights. Within this study, I am modelling a concept on how AI, embedded within a data-driven Sales-IT-Architecture, can enable sellers to manage hybrid B2B customer journeys.

Additionally, as a passionate football player, marathon runner, and hopefully one day an Ironman, I’ve developed skills like discipline, resilience, and teamwork that shape also my professional mindset. Whether it’s tackling challenges or collaborating on innovative solutions, I always bring dedication and energy to the table.
