In all my roles, the Main focus was KPIs and customer/business satisfaction. Over 3 years at Apple, from onboarding new hires, call flow optimizations, efficiency trainings as well as best practices and coaching sessions for new mentors.
From all my learnings for perseverance and motivation in a rather frustrating support role, I went to DocuSign and started my Sales career as BDR, ADR and SDR in an inbound function with mentoring new hires and trainings from my support learnings Before moving on to an outbound role as MDR as well as more responsibilities as PDR and Install tasks such as upswell, renewal and expansion. Turning my back to Ireland and facing some new experiences away from B2B sales into Luxury Holiday Real Estate B2C Full cycle support as Insight Sales Manager, and Pre Sales Specialist for am Start Up, I went through all types of companies learning and developing from each experience.
