LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Head of Customer Success Management Mid-Market (f/m/d).

Customer Success Management is a vital part of our Customer Success organization, leading customers to utilize our state-of-the art technical capabilities for their best success.

You are responsible to successfully deliver on and evolve the LeanIX strategy for the Mid-Market segment within the EMEA market and assure our customers are adopting LeanIX products successfully.

Driven by the success of our customers you will create and improve scalable processes that allow LeanIX to become a leader for our products in the Mid-Market segment.

Within a fast-paced environment you never lose your focus, always keep an eye on your team members and lead by example.

Connected remote and base in Bonn or Munich (Germany), or in Amsterdam (Netherlands)

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Be a trusted advisor for all Customer relates aspects of our LeanIX Continuous Transformation Platform and ensure that our customers in DACH/UKI/France/Benelux regions are successful
  • Be a "leader of future leaders" and excel in mentoring & developing talent, as well as in ensuring the team's customer first mentality and strong sense of team spirit
  • Build up and strengthen our Customer Success Mid-Market team EMEA
  • Collaborate with internal thoughtleaders from the Customer Success, Marketing, Product & Sales Teams to drive innovation and improve the LeanIX products and services on a daily base
  • Drive approaches to engage with our customers at scale steering towards onetomany and automated interaction paired with deliberate onetoone meetings
  • Buildup midmarket tailored strategies for upsell and sales cooperation
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Excellent customer focus with a polite, patient, caring, calm, and always professional demeanor
  • 8 years of experience in customerfacing / consulting roles and with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Successful track record in mentoring & developing technically affine talent as well as building and motivating high achieving teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business model and the challenges for Customer Success in a SaaS environment
  • Extensive technical as well as businessoriented experience in the domains of our products: Enterprise Architecture Management, SaaS Management, Value Stream Management
  • Specific understanding of the challenges and specifics of companies in the Mid-Market segment
  • Experience in turning data into insights and approaches to enable, communicate, and engage with a large techtouch customer base at scale
