In response to the increasingly growing business demands, we're keen to look for an Account Executive Intern (M/F/d) to join our team as soon as possible, reporting to Account Manager.

Tasks


As an Account Executive Intern, you will work closely with our Account Managers to manage the execution of projects for our clients.

This will include conducting supplier research, coordinating with suppliers, managing project communication, and other supportive activities to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research on potential suppliers and partners for client projects
  • Manage project communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables, and ensure that all projectrelated documentation is accurate and uptodate
  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities for existing clients
  • Provide additional support as needed for various agency functions and initiatives

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Structured working style
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn with a cando attitude
  • Passionate about the marketing and branding industry
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must
