Under the umbrella of DEHOCO, we cover all supporting functions such as accounting and finance, human resources, business processes and IT, consolidation, marketing and QHSES.

Become a part of our international Global HR team in Hanau, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Recruiter (M/F/d).

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for the entire applicant management, including permanent communication with Hiring Managers
Creation of job descriptions and job advertisements as well as their publication on the corresponding job boards
Independently conduct telephone, digital and inperson job interviews
Establishment of a global talent pool, and conduct reference calls / checks
Actively shape our recruiting and onboarding process, including direct approaches in social media career networks
Representing the deugro group at career fairs of all kinds and at career information events

What you can contribute:

Several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the logistics and/or freight forwarding industry

You have the organizational skills and flexibility you needed as a Recruiter who is responsible for different time zones

These qualifications characterize you: eager to learn, thinking out of the box, be creative and solutionoriented, as well as having a trustful personality
Excellent communication skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
Willingness to travel
