Your future plans

Own and keep updated the Sustainability Strategy for the Group
Drive the Sustainability Strategy with a clear scorecard as agreed with the RWE AG Board
Work closely with OpCos to translate KPI's into action plans and ensure implementation and reporting on the action plans
Identify gaps and initiate projects to meet all KPIs
Continuously observe the market, provide analyses on various sustainability topics (including peer reviews) and prepare discussion / decision papers from Group and OpCo perspective
Perform the annual Materiality Analysis and coordinate the process to derive sustainability priority topics
Prepare regular board updates on sustainability performance
Act as contact point for sustainability aspects of capital market communication and participate in investor meetings

Your powerful skills

University degree, e.g. in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Natural Sciences or a comparable discipline
Longstanding relevant work experience, ideally with strategy focus
Distinct ability to manage projects as well as to analyse and structure complex topics with a clear stakeholder view
Pronounced logical thinking and affinity for data and numbers
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and confident manner, also in an international environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Team player with independent, structured and conscientious way of working

Advantageous, but not a must

German and other language skills beneficial
