Ihre Aufgaben

Operative Fertigungssteuerung

  • Fertigungsplanung und Liniensteuerung für Produkte in Produktion und Entwicklung
  • Umsetzung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Feinplanung Einspeisung unter Berücksichtigung von Ressourcen und Kennziffern
  • WIP und Cycle Time Management
  • Operative Soll/ Ist Vergleich von Fertigungskapazitäten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Feinplanung und Kontrolle von Engpassanlagen

Kapazitätsplanung

  • Langfristplanung (Materialien für Rollierende Planung, Budget
- und Mittelfristplanung)

  • Bedarfsplanung (Disposition / Material Ressource Planning)
  • Kapazitätsplanung für das verantwortete Produktprofil im globalem Supply Chain Netzwerk
  • Engpassidentifizierung und Ableitung von Eskalationsmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung und Untersetzung von Investitionsentscheidungen

Interdisziplinäre Aufgaben

  • Definition und Umsetzung von geeigneten Dispositionsregeln in der Fertigung sowie Anleitung und Qualifizierung der Fertigungsmitarbeiter
  • Analyse der Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung von Liefertreue und Auslastung inklusive operatives Eskalationsmanagement
  • Reporting und Managementpräsentationen
  • Verwaltungs
- und Steuerungsaufgaben, Pflege von Stamm
- und Bewegungsdaten

  • Reporting und Controlling von logistischen Kennziffern inkl. Plan
  • Ist Vergleiche und Lieferplanung
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten zur Gestaltung und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Hoch
- oder Fachhochschulstudium, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder
  • Informatiker bevorzugt, bzw.
langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

  • Sehr hohes Verständnis für komplexe Vertriebs, Logistik
- und Planungsabläufe

  • Sehr hohes analytischen Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse der Fertigung von Halbleiterprodukten
  • Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft Office, SAP R/3, Dokumentenmanagementsysteme)
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Your responsibilities

Operational production control

  • Production planning and line control for products in production and development status
  • Implementation of production/processing orders
  • Detailed line starts plan taking into account resources and key figures
  • WIP and Cycle Time Management
  • Operational target/actual comparison of production capacities and derivation of measures
  • Detailed planning and control of bottleneck systems

Capacity planning

  • Longterm planning (materials for rolling planning, budget and midterm planning)
  • Material Resource Planning
  • Capacity planning for the responsible product profile in the global supply chain network
  • Bottleneck identification and derivation of escalation measures
  • Preparation and support of investment decisions

Interdisciplinary tasks

  • Definition and implementation of suitable scheduling rules in production as well as guidance and qualification of production employees
  • Analysis of the availability of resources and derivation of measures to ensure delivery reliability and capacity utilization, including operational escalation management
  • Reporting and management presentations
  • Administration and control tasks, maintenance of master and transaction data
  • Reporting and controlling of logístical key figures incl. planned comparisons and delivery planning
  • Participation in interdisciplinary projects for the design and improvement of business processes

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial university or university of applied sciences studies, industrial engineer or computer scientist preferred, or many years of relevant professional experience
  • Very high understanding of complex sales, logistics and planning processes
  • Very high analytical thinking, independent way of working and organizational talent
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Very good technical understanding and knowledge of the production of semiconductor products
  • Very good PC user skills (Microsoft Office, SAP R/3, document management systems)
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
