    Amazon is looking for an experienced marketer who will execute our third party marketing campaign efforts for Fire TV in Germany.

    This role is focusing on engagement and profitability growth, by running campaigns with leading German and international Subscription/Video-on-demand apps.

    This position is an 11-month fixed-term contract.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Leading, pitching, implementing, and launching partner marketing campaigns with the goal to drive customer engagement and acquisition
    • Managing endtoend ideation, execution and analysis/reporting of campaigns including creation of workbackschedules, management of stakeholder and approvals, asset creation and sourcing, content setup, and subsequent launch and reporting
    • Collaborating internally and working crossfunctional to deliver best in class campaign opportunities for our partners across the Amazon Appstore
    • Working closely with partners in DE to understand their customers, how their business operates, their goals and their approach to marketing and content, and owning the endtoend delivery of all partner launches
    • Developing scalable mechanisms that ensure operational efficiency of the team and acquisition impact
    • Creating ongoing marketing programs and propositions for key partners to market our services, and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in professional noninternship marketing
    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
    • Experience building, executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
    • German Language Skills at least B1 level.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
    • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
