We are looking for an
experienced product designer to join us on our mission to build the next generation of scientific publishing tools.

You are a passionate designer driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact, your curiosity extends to new domains and technologies, with a keen interest in understanding the 'why' behind complex problems.


Committed to supporting our mission of building the universal publishing platform tailored to the needs of publishers, researchers and reviewers.

Your aim is to empower users through informed decisions guided by insights and expertise, ensuring integrity in disseminating peer-reviewed knowledge.


You are collaborative by default, inviting users and stakeholders to participate in your design process to understand their goals and challenges.

You embrace learning and growth by constantly sharing and accepting ideas and feedback. You persuade and influence change with compelling stories that simplify complex ideas and inspire action.

How you can make an impact:

  • Drive the design vision for our end-to-end publishing engine enhancing customer engagement and lifecycle, using measurable outcomes and delivering platform success.
  • Employ a usercentric approach to identify and solve key user problems, leveraging datadriven insights and embracing a culture of constant learning and iteration.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Data, and Engineering teams to optimise user experience through continuous and impactful improvement.
  • Enhance Morressier's design maturity by advocating for best practices, mentoring colleagues, and refining our design system to elevate quality and efficiency.

What we are looking for:


  • Portfolio showcasing your outcomedriven design expertise.
  • 810 years in product and service design, ideally in B2B highgrowth SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration for largescale projects, meeting business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of modern web technologies and browser capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring designers.
  • Experience in building and maturing design systems.
  • Competence in user research methodologies and datadriven design.
  • Expertise in creating usable, accessible web products (WCAG, ADA compliance).
  • Advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in design and workplace culture.
