An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance department in Frankfurt.

This is an administrative role which requires an individual to process transactions with an organised approach in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include:

Raising Monthly Billing and Credit Notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
Raising Engagement letters in a timely and accurate manner.
Undertaking investigations on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolving German billing queries.
Other Adhoc duties.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

Experience in working in a highvolume admin environment essential.
Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with MS office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
