To strengthen our Sales Team at our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for an

Inside Sales Administrator (M/F/d) with immediate effect.


YOUR CHALLENGES:


  • Budget making and budget monitoring
  • Maintenance and creation of sales forecast
  • Overdue and billing analysis
  • Create and maintain Customer Master and Customer Material data
  • Maintain prices and billing information (payment conditions) in the SAP system
  • Prepare invoices and orders towards customers and subsuppliers
  • Work closely with the Sales Team
  • Coordinate and track shipments together with the Logistic Team

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Business studies or successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field
  • Experience in a comparable position
  • Experience with budget making and sales forecast as well as handling invoices
  • Professional experience as a sales assistant in an international environment is desired
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Confident use of common software tools (MS Office, SAP or similar)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Teamoriented working style
  • Good command of English, other languages (German, French, Japanese) would be a plus
