In Finance the Digital Transformation Roadmap is one of the most relevant focus areas to support the defined business targets in the CARE+ Strategy and to leverage efficiency opportunities likewise.

Digitalization in Accounting is the key enabler for high-quality data, efficiency in processes and compliance ensuring.

Your Tasks:

As Digitalization Expert you will be part of a team with strong focus on defining, implementing and managing digital tools and technologies that are more and more becoming a keystone for the daily accounting operation.

Striving for an increased digitalization level by driving automation and working on smart interfaces and interconnected systems will be your daily routine:

Take ownership for digital technologies and carry them out in all potential branches to lever their use
Verify and elaborate the mix and flexible integration of digital tools to support business needs and improve efficiency measures
Support decision making on process management level by cocreating digital interfaces and workflows
Align process standardization needs with relevant business functions
Foster process standardization and develop business need driven improvements to prepare digitalization and automation
Contribute to

- or lead implementation projects and -initiatives

Provide trainings and user support and documentation
Ensure global system maturity in high quality
Promote the digital agenda and communicate with stakeholders on different levels

Your Profile:

University degree and 1+ years or 3+ years relevant working experience in IT and/or Finance/Controlling with profound business understanding
Talent for coding

- or syntax language

Knowledge of different technologies, e.g. Robotics, MS Power Platform, SAP S/4 HANA will be an asset
Analytical and conceptual mindset with problemsolving skills
Strategic thinking skills; act with entrepreneurship; able to balance interests; result oriented; methodbased working
Project management skills in an intercultural working environment
Good communication skills acting as confident and consistent business partner
Fluent English skills
