Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with app development, measurement, and advertising solutions.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with large clients and partners across different levels and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Experience in an advertising sales or business development role.
  • Experience with diagnosing and giving Apps User Experience advice and proposing a/b testing plans.
  • Knowledge of the app ecosystem, including development, measurement, and advertising solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence in regards to mobile, pitch comprehensive advertising solutions, and drive tangible impact for large corporate organizations.
  • Ability to speak and write in German fluently.

As an Apps Specialist, you will help our partners improve their client's mobile success.

You will help them understand the business case for building an App, help them optimize it, and make sure they have the right measurement setup to drive app installs and user engagement.


Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Help Google's partners and customers grow their business by leveraging Apps.
  • Identify, prioritize, and align top priority prospects with our vertical teams and align our Specialist support across teams (e.g., In-Country Specialists, HUB App Development, and HUB App Development Gaming).
  • Help top opportunities and Clevel stakeholders evaluate the need for a Mobile App business model.
  • Train advertisers and agencies on the mobile and app ecosystem.
  • Develop case studies of successful projects for publication on our Think with Google site and at events to scale best practices to the wider industry.
