Dive into the world of Villeroy & Boch

We are looking for you as a strategic and innovative leader for our Corporate Marketing division. Together with your team you show our customers how Villeroy & Boch turns houses into homes

Your Tasks:

You ensure a consistent brand presence across our divisions Bath & Wellness and Dining & Lifestyle.
You are responsible for and drive all corporate marketing activities to inspire our consumers and turn them into loyal brand lovers.
You lead the further development of our brand identity for the Villeroy & Boch Group and will report in this role directly to the CEO.
You will conceptualize and implement companywide brand concepts and equity guidelines.
As a communication talent, it's easy for you to create synergies with all marketing colleagues to identify potentials.
Your marketing agenda is based on a data driven approach.
As a leader you act like a role model, ensure team spirit and achieve top performance together.

Your Profile:

As a senior brand builder and marketer you have at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience gained at internationally acting companies that deal with winning consumer products.
You come with a strong interest in design, trends and home interior.
With your strong leadership experience and international mindset you ́ve successfully led diverse teams and celebrated joint successes.
With excellent interpersonal skills and an engaging personality you convince through fact based discussion, involving others and encouraging people.
With broad experience in all aspect of the modern marketingmix you drive business while combining analytical skills, a digital mindset and creative outoftheboxsolutions.
You take an entrepreneurial and innovative approach and are keen to push things forward.

Our Global Headquarter is in Mettlach, between Trier and Saarbrücken.
