For our client, a global successful Investment Bank, we are looking for a Vice President to join their Sector Team in Frankfurt

This is a rare opportunity to join a multinational global-sector
- team with great ambitions and a very succesful track-record.

The role will include:

Project management of crossborder M&A, ECM and DCM transactions
Advising clients during transactions, both inhouse and onsite
Prepare and lead crossproduct client pitches (M&A, ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally in the dedicated business lines.
Staying abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
Assess company valuations, develop DCF, LBO models

Coordinate and mentor junior team members

The position requires a self-confident person who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with strong willingness to learn as well as:

5-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
