We are excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Team Lead - Beauty Consultancy.


As the Team Lead for the Beauty Consultancy team, you will lead the Beauty portfolio, contributing to our ambitious growth targets and shaping the future of beauty marketing at Zalando.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Beauty Partner Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional marketing solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

As the face of our beauty customer, you will understand their needs even before they express them and be instrumental in driving the success of our beauty propositions.

  • Leadership, Team Development and Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process and support the professional growth of team members. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Beauty Partner Consultants, providing functional and business expertise, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
  • Process Implementation: Establish and improve efficient and effective processes and steering mechanisms to optimize the Beauty Partner Consultancy team's performance and ensure a fun and rewarding workplace.
  • Consultation and Sales: Collaborate with your team to consult, plan, and sell tailored marketing solutions to clients, ensuring smooth execution and optimization of all digital campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign reporting and present results and recommendations to clients, aiming to improve KPIs and drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Together with your team, you will develop and foster productive business relationships, manage client projects, and ensure the overall service and profitability of assigned accounts.
Beauty

Industry Knowledge:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the beauty industry to enhance credibility and facilitate brand growth.

  • Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to the development of stateoftheart marketing strategies for customer acquisitions, to increase beauty credibility, and facilitate brand growth.
  • Online Marketing Expertise: Leverage your expertise in online marketing sales, media houses, or online publishing / advertiser / media agency sales, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel occasionally as required for work assignments.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

  • Experience: More than 6 years of experience in online marketing sales, preferably with a focus on the beauty industry.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing highperforming teams with a passion for growing talent.
  • Online Advertising Expertise: Solid understanding of online campaign workflows, technical aspects, KPI interpretation, performance improvements, and experience in accounts and billing.
  • Customer Focus: Customercentric approach with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at a senior management level.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, innovate, and develop concrete initiatives to grow beauty credibility.
  • Handson Mentality: Thrive in a fastpaced environment, adept at multitasking, and committed to finding effective solutions efficiently.

  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the beauty industry, its trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Passion for Online: Demonstrated enthusiasm for the online advertising landscape and a curiosity for emerging trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Structured and wellorganized, with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate client needs.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire and convince clients of new ideas.
