Leadership of the finance team in Germany (six person)

Responsible for monthend and yearend closing procedures and all related processes
Responsible for the monthly IFRS package as well as the HGB annual financial statements and management reports
Active codesign and further development of processes in the finance area in cooperation with international stakeholders
Main contact for auditors and tax consultants
Support of the SAP R/3 migration to the group version
Management of projects and assumption of special tasks

Requirements:

Completed studies with a focus on finance, e.g. business administration, financial management, finance & accounting, or further training as an international accountant
At least two years of leadership experience
Very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS and HGB
Proficiency in German language and fluent in English for business communication
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace new processes
Knowledge of German tax law and financial reporting would be advantage
Knowledge of SAP R/3 ERP will be an advantage
