Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analysis of health data related to hospital at home and comprehensive geriatric hospitalathome models
- Participate in qualitative research activities, including conducting interviews and focus groups
- Conduct systematic review of existing patient reported outcomes and experiences measures
- Contribute to the development of a toolkit for evaluating hospital at home and comprehensive geriatric hospitalathome models
- Assist in project management tasks, such as coordinating meetings and communicating with stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations on research findings
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the success of the project
