Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support conference rooms and desktop Conferencing solutions
  • Administer CISCO Codecs & desktopstyle Tandberg solutions, Desktop Video support, DISA Global Video Solution software and Microsoft Teams
  • Design, install, operate, and maintain Audio Visual (Crestron & AMX) Systems, including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones and speakers
  • Support software and hardware, for Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems for the United States Military Command personnel
  • Install and program Cisco Video Teleconferencing Equipment utilized within key locations to conduct hi priority missions
  • Install AMX and CISCO control systems utilized to control the multitude of equipment within areas of operation
  • Support for C5ISR systems such as military communication systems,
  • LAN/WAN and wireless systems,
- commercial satellite systems,

  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and telephony and teleport connectivity for the command operations centers and cellular telephone systems
  • Update & maintain Cisco Bridges, VCSs, and TMS
  • Support fiber optic solutions
  • OTDR/power meter testing, splicing, terminations and troubleshooting
  • Support teleconferencing enabled communications within the US Marine Corps as well as collaboration efforts with NATO, US EUCOM, US AFRICOM, US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Space Force, and US Coast Guard

Required Skills & Experience

  • Required Clearance: Top Secret
  • Minimum of five years' experience in computer networking and Audio/Video communications solutions installation and sustainment
  • Experience with A/V platforms including AMX, Crestron, Tesira, Extron, Think Logical, IPTV Server Solutions
  • Experience with installation and sustainment of Cisco Video Teleconferencing Systems
  • COMP TIA Security+ Certification
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military personnel, customers, peers, and suppliers
  • Ability to effectively discuss technical issues with customers and determine a solution
  • Keen technical ability and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Network / Security Infrastructure systems including Juniper SSG series, McAfee HBSS, McAfee HIPS, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Server Management, Netgear & Cisco Switches (Managed), DNS, DHCP and multicast traffic management
  • Experience with installation and maintenance of Fiber Optic cabling and accompanying devices
  • Knowledge of Server 2016, Server 2012 R2 & Core, Server 2008 R2, Windows 10, 81, 7, Server 2003, SharePoint 2010, 2013, Kali & Red Hat Linux, PowerShell, Exchange Server 2007 SP2/2010 SP2/2013, Exchange Management Console/Shell, vSphere 5x / 6x, vCenter, ESXI, Cisco Unified communications platforms
  • Positive attitude, detailoriented, and experience working well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions
