What part will you play?

You will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication concept tailored for Smart Infrastructure Supply Chain projects with a strong focus on digitalization, data and AI topics. Goal is to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all platforms
You will assist the creation of engaging content, ranging videos to detailed documentation, effectively communicating the department's initiatives and achievements
You will help us in creating and maintaining internal sites, including Wiki, Sharepoint, and the Logistics Applied Digitalization Website, ensuring they are up to date, userfriendly, and serve as valuable resources for internal customers and stakeholders
Moreover you will take part in building an internal training platform called AD Academy by creating educational content and conducting training sessions, fostering a learning environment and enhancing the digital skills of the global Supply Chain community
You will participate in the improvement of our online presence by creating and curating content for social media platforms, including Viva Engage and Linkedin, ensuring our projects are wellrepresented and engaged with the wider community

What you need to make real what matters.

You are currently enrolled in Communication, Marketing or a related field of study
You have the ability to create videos and photos, showcasing a strong understanding of visual storytelling and multimedia content creation
Ideally, you have experience with digital tools such as Wiki, Sharepoint, and social media platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for details, capable of producing highquality content across various mediums
Furthermore you are selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
