Responsibilities

  • Customer encoding
  • Order entry in oracle
  • Invoicing and recording receipts
  • Coding suppliers
  • Recording of supplier invoices and control for payment preparation
  • Preparation of payment slips
  • Management of payments (in coordination with the store manager)
  • Keeping of accounts in 'oracle
  • Reconciliation of intercompany items
  • Preparation of monthly closures for management control
  • Uploading of monthly balances into 'Epm' and insertion of required details
  • Preparation of monthly actual and forecast cash flows
  • Coordination of external consultants (accountant and lawyers). At the external firm the
At the external firm, accounting is replicated, statutory financial statements and tax declarations (VAT and income) are prepared.

  • Some budget preparation activities, financial economic forecasts and reporting
  • Statistical sales and business analysis
  • Support to the central function HR in administrative (maintains personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, and prepare HRrelated reports).

Your Profile
oProven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role;
oUnderstanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation;
oExceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills;
oStrong math and research skills;
oIntermediate computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software;
oKnowledge of tax and financial reporting laws;
oBachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred;
