Your Role- You manage on a global basis the service expert team (responsible for service readiness of our new machines and training of service technicians worldwide) in our CMM multisensoric product category- As a disciplinary and functional supervisor, you will provide directions, coaching and support to your direct reports- You contribute to the implementation of the IQS and BU services strategy; develop the team structure and skill set to ensure the teams can achieve the strategic targets- You work on a global training network and find new approaches for a modern future-oriented training concept- You ensure service readiness for all new developments in CMM area especially together with the BU CMM R&D teams- You build up close relation with corresponding Product BU and R&D teams and contribute to the development and implementation of an agile, effective and efficient process landscape- You ensure a modern, effective and efficient toolbox & knowledge management system to enable our FSE for best-in-class technical service- You actively drive talent development in the area- You drive cultural change and a winning mentality in the team

Your Profile- You have a university diploma in a technology field (engineering, etc.) or equivalent- You have 5+ years of work experience, in a operational & conceptual leadership role in an industrial context- Some years international experience is a plus- Engineering education background is a plus- You have demonstrated strong leadership skills- You are very experienced in using analytic, strategic and communication skills- You have a proactive attitude and high degree of independence- You are living the ZEISS values, proven capability to drive and moderate business transformation & change at scale- You have business fluent knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage
