ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Senior Global People Operations Partner, you will develop and execute global People Operations processes related to Employee on and offboarding, Lifecycle Management etc.

You'll be collaborating closely with the Country People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation and Benefits teams to best support our sennder employees.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Identify and make use of opportunities to standardize People processes
  • Own the People Operations systems and ensure they are used effectively by the People Teams and other stakeholders
  • In charge of People Reporting and Analytics (headcount, turnover etc.)
  • Be a linchpin between all country people operations teams in identifying and addressing global people operations needs

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • Three years experience in HR Admin or People Operations
  • Experience in HR IT roll out
  • Experience in centralizing processes
  • Experience in designing or taking over new processes
  • Good English language
  • Communication skills
  • Serviceorientation
  • Analytical mindset
  • Comfort in using People Systems (e.g. Workday, BambooHR)
  • Proactiveness
