Deine Aufgaben:

- Finance business partner to co-founders with independent management of the functions accounting, controlling, banking and finance.

Preparation and further development of monthly reportings to BwB founders and to the group in collaboration with an external accounting company and the inhouse commercial teams
Coordination and Monitoring of annual budget and forecast processes (P&L and cash) to ensure achievability and BWB contribution to the group's growth objectives
Preparation and monitoring of operational and strategic financial indicators to support daily business
Cash Flow Management with strong focus on working capital and close inventories' supervision
Relationship Management with German auditors, local banks and Group Tax / Finance departments

Dein Profil:

Completed studies in economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling
7 to 10 years of professional experience in a management position in the field of controlling / finance
Experience in a consulting/auditing /investment banking company is a plus
Fluent German and English language skills
Hands on mentality and a cando attitude
Efficient and reliable way of working
Team player mindset
Strong analytical skills
Ability to adapt to a changing and fastgrowing environment
Knowledge of HGB is a prerequisite, IFRS would be an advantage
