Your primary responsibility will be supporting the CEO's in organising his business schedule and commitments, business travel, and the internal coordination with the Board of Directors, the management team, and other business stakeholders.

To achieve this, you will work very closely aligned with the CEO's' Personal Assistant whose primary responsibility will be personal duties and ensuring all aspects of his busy and blended work life run smoothly.


YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON THE PITCH:

  • Extensive diary management in close alignment with the PA.
  • Coordination with travel agent to plan extensive global business travel.
  • Conduct professional, responsive, and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage preparation and logistics around meetings while supporting the organisation of executive offsites.
  • File management and document management.
  • Get involved with organising company events.
  • Provide general administrative support making the executives working days as smooth and productive as possible.

PLAYERS PROFILE:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (required) and German (desired).
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing.
  • Extensive previous experience working as assistance for a senior executive in a similar global and fast paced business.
  • Experience managing extensive travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate alongside a team of Assistants, providing cover when required.
  • Able to use systems such as Google Suite and Slack.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Professional, discreet, friendly and approachable.
