In the Center Drive Systems e-Drive, you are responsible for the Mercedes-Benz Project Driving 2.

Our electric drives offer us completely different possibilities to offer customers a new driving experience with more comfort, dynamics and safety. For this purpose, it is necessary to develop a process organization and to link it with the existing crossdirectorate organizational structures.

Qualifikationen:

**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in the field of Drive Systems e-Drive and Software Development and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months

International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree: MBA or Master of Business and Engineering
Ability to communicate with different management levels
Fluent in Business English and fluent in German
Significant agile mindset
Impressive social engagement
Extended digital knowhow
High level of abstraction and strategic analytical skills
Working flexible, structured and resultoriented even under pressure
Leadership and project experience
Detailed knowledge of vehicle development processes
Communication and presentation skills
