your responsibilities:

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Project Leader Logistics and Digital Supply Chain.

The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and deploy logistics and warehouse operational engineering projects
  • Transformation of the local Warehouse Management System towards a common harmonized Airbus Warehouse Management System, incl. the In
- and Outbound processes

  • Contribute to productivity improvements to increase the competitiveness of Airbus with main focus on a highly efficient logistics chain from supplier to the "Point of Delivery" at the assembly station
  • Definition, development and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts with strong focus on the warehouse management
  • Secure a transparent, "onetouch" and simple logistics operations in Germany with relevant connections to the Supply chain central Teams across Europe
  • Significant contribution to the rate readiness of the logistic flows and warehousing activities
  • Functional lead of crossfunctional project team Delivery of projects in line with targets on time, scope, costs and quality and customer satisfaction
  • Coordination and selfdependent responsibility for the mission rate readiness with focus on the major warehouses and Warehouse flows and processes
  • Achieve Project Targets (time, scope, costs and quality) to satisfy customers
  • Definition, establishment and empowerment of the project team and organizations
  • Define and run the mission for the Logistics rate readiness scope from Supplier to the Point of delivery at the production line

personal requirements:


  • Very good assertiveness and decisionmaking skills
  • Good strategic thinking as well as planning and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured and resultoriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule and efficiently coordinate work processes
  • Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels

professional training/studies:


  • Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
  • Business administration at least a bachelor's degree or
  • Supply Chain / Logistics at least a bachelor's degree

work experience:

- project management for at least 5 years

  • Supply chain / logistics at least over 5 years

IT:


  • Google Workspace an advantage

further knowledge:


  • Project management at least very good knowledge

languages:


  • German at least business fluent
  • Englisch at least business fluent
