To strengthen our Engineering team in Cologne we are looking for a

Senior Specialist EDS Application Engineering (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Lead strategy, design and release activities for KSK implementation for Engineering on specified projects
Regular exchange of information with the customer's development supervision and management
Prepare and deliver technical project presentations to the customer
Interface to cross functional KSK stakeholders
Work with project leaders and team members to prepare the KSK project status information and present at internal and customer project reviews
Train team members in all aspects of KSK

Your profile:

University degree in Engineering
Experience in project leadership
Experience in leading teams of people
Extensive experience in the design and development of automotive wiring harnesses (batch & KSK)
Expert level on Mentor Tools (XC / Logical / Integrator)
Technical leadership for EDS Systems design and complexity / releasing
Effective time management
Computer literate and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Proven ability to lead a team from both a technical and line management perspective.
Selfsufficient, selfmotivated and excellent teamplayer
Flexible, adaptable, proactive, diplomatic attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in German an English language
