Development and management of the processes in the capacitor production area
Process owner of all plants in the process chain for capacitor production
Control and further development of thinfilm processes
Analysis and optimization of all other existing production processes for capacitor manufacture
Determination of critical processes and definition of remedial measures to increase robustness
Implementation and planning of prototype parts
Collaboration in the evaluation of energy and environmental certification concepts for production

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Successfully completed studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of professional experience in the field of capacitor manufacturing or a comparable technology (DC link capacitors / Printed Circuit Board (PCB))
Knowledge of processes such as 2K potting of capacitors, plasma processes, resistance soldering and welding
Extensive knowledge of lean management
Good written and spoken German and English skills
High flexibility in challenging new technologies
Intercultural experience and willingness to travel within Europe and North America
