- Koordination innerhalb funktionsübergreifender Teams zur Verbesserung unserer PCI-Lösung auf der Grundlage von Kundenfeedback zur optimalen Benutzererfahrung.
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Strategien zur CO2-Bilanzierung und Dekarbonisierung unter Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Lieferung und Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen.
- Bleib auf dem neuesten Stand bei Carbon-Accounting und Compliance Standards sowie EU-Regulatoriken
- Begleite unsere Kunden von Anfang an und begleite das Onboarding für neue Kunden unter Nutzung deines Fachwissens über CO2-Bilanzierung
- Beratung bei der Datenerfassung und -analyse, um eine genaue und transparente CO2-Bilanzierung zu erreichen.
- Frühere Erfahrungen im Customer Success Management oder in der Unternehmensberatung, vorzugsweise in einem B2B-SaaS-Startup.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Berechnung, Interpretation und Beratung zu Product Carbon Footprints.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der PCF-Vorschriften, Anwendungsfälle und Standards.
- Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Sustainability Management, Klimawissenschaft oder einem verwandten Studiengang.
- Fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten in der Datenanalyse sind ein Plus.
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
