Apaleo is looking for a
VP Platform Success
(f/m/d) to lead our customer success, channel partner and app partner organisation.

This is an executive level and high impact position that is critical to our growth strategy.

As leader of our success teams you will shape our ecosystem and make both hospitality companies and partners successful on the platform.


What You'll Be Up To:


  • You will set the overall vision and strategic plan for the customer success, channel partner, and app partner success functions focusing on driving platform adoption, leading a positive customer and partner experience, as well as growth through gross renewals and net retention.
  • You will join the executive team working closely with peers in business development, marketing, and product, to drive the companywide strategy and targets.
  • You build and lead a world class organization of customer success and partner success specialists, including channel partner and integration management.
  • You define and optimize the customer experience for our current and future target customers by leading others to drive programs and initiatives to increase engagement and stickiness.
  • You will define and monitor customer and partner success related KPIs.

Your skills:


  • You have experience leading and growing success organisations in B2B SaaS context including software partner ecosystems and a deep understanding of sales & postsale methodologies.
  • You are experienced at setting vision and strategy, translating it into actionable initiatives and tracking successful outcomes.
  • You were part of an executives team before and have experience working crossfunctional.
  • You have the acumen and expertise to build a topinclass customer experience.
  • You are able to lead with courage and to master hard decisions and tradeoffs in order to change the direction of your team and the whole organization.
  • You are able to hire and nurture diverse, senior talent into the success organizations.
  • You can inspire and motivate team members and other parts of the organization.
